At Maple Grace Boutique, your total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time

We typically take 2–5 business days to prepare your products before shipping. However, please note that some items may take 7–10 business days to process due to stock availability limitations.

Pre-Sale Items: For items listed for pre-sale, please refer to the specific shipping date mentioned on the individual product page.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

  • Expedited Shipping: Orders generally arrive within 5-8 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

  • US Domestic Shipping: Most CA deliveries are completed within 3–8 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that CA Domestic Shipping is only available for products specifically marked [CA WAREHOUSE]


Important Information

Order Tracking: Our system will send you an email notification once your parcel has been dispatched from the Maple Grace Boutique facility.

Split Shipments: We strive to ship all items in an order together whenever possible. However, we may choose to split your order into multiple packages to ensure that you receive your items as fast as possible. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Rest assured that even if we send your order in multiple packages, you will not be charged more than the shipping cost provided during checkout.

Customer Support: If you encounter any issues with your package(s), please contact us at info@maplegraceboutique.com within 180 days of making your purchase. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day. Please note that requests made after this allotted time frame may not be accommodated.
